Bobath
A Therapeutic Approach That Uses the Brain’s Ability to Recover Lost Functions
What is the Bobath Concept?
The Bobath Concept, or Bobath Therapy, is a therapeutic approach used to treat individuals with neurological conditions. It harnesses the brain’s ability to learn and recover lost functions or compensate for them using other natural movement patterns. The aim of the Bobath Concept is to restore independence and improve quality of life. To be authorized to provide Bobath therapy, our physiotherapists undergo additional training and pass a final examination.
